How Local Labels uses your information.
When you send a project request, we use the information you provide to review the project, respond to you, and keep a record of the request.
Project requests
Project details, contact information, quantities, deadlines, fulfillment preferences, and artwork status are stored securely for customer service and project follow-up. The form does not collect payment-card information or accept artwork uploads.
Optional email updates
We add you to the Local Labels marketing email list only when you actively choose that option. Those emails may include project ideas, seasonal ordering reminders, and product news. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Service providers
We use website hosting, database, and email-delivery providers to operate these forms. We do not sell your personal information.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic, page usage, and general interaction patterns. Analytics may use cookies or similar device identifiers. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, project details, or other direct contact information to Google Analytics.
ChatGPT advertising measurement
When we run advertising in ChatGPT, we retain OpenAI's opaque first-party oppref ad attribution identifier and approved campaign tags in this browser session for up to 24 hours, then store them with a completed project request so the request can be connected to the ad interaction. After a request is saved, our server may use server-side conversion reporting to send OpenAI a lead_created conversion containing the project-request ID used for event deduplication, the LLP landing URL, event time, and that attribution identifier. We minimize this conversion data: we do not install OpenAI's browser Measurement Pixel, use automatic advanced matching, or send OpenAI your name, email address, phone number, company, project details, IP address, browser information, or hashed contact identifiers. We opt conversion events out of future user-level personalization.
